Telebox employees, operators and management returned to work after Chinese New Year since 30th January, 2020 till today. Our sub-contractors, suppliers, are also working with us as usual without interruption.

Manufacture in Taiwan
All of Telebox facility located in Taiwan, continue normal operations, the production capacity is flexible up to 3 shifts by order demands.
Our supply chain, sub-contractors are most in Taiwan, except for specific items and raw materials imported from China. Therefore, impacts on Telebox are very minimal.
Preventions
Telebox conducted essential preventive actions to secure a reliable operation mechan5ism, trying to eliminate risks may expose if any.
Follow up the instructions of healthcare released by our governmental policies toward coronavirus.
Integrate epidemic preventions into quality management system; check both internal (employees, goods) and external (suppliers, sub-contractors, visitors, couriers) in parallel.
